Beauty Products I Have Been Loving Lately

July 10, 2020

Skincare over the last few months has been a JAM for me! I started using this new cleanser and I am loving it. It is gentle, clean, and isn’t a harsh foaming consistency. I have been trying to make the switch to clean beauty in a lot of my daily routine and this cleanser has been sold out EVERYWHERE. But I found it in stock at one place so if you want to try it out, grab it before it sells out there too! Hah!

The majority of these products I have been loving for a while now, but that cleanser and the Vitamin C and Rose Oil are new to my routine. I put two or three drops of this oil in the palm of my hand and rub together to warm it up, then pat it on the skin after I use my toner. It feels so nice and since it has rose oil in it, my skin looks so glowy and plump! I have never bought into all of this until now… and oooomg. I wish I would have sooner! Also the vitamin C to help dark spots, so its a 10/10 for me!!

As for the other products, when I went to Jamaica last summer, I was consistently using the Bum-Bum cream on the back of my thighs and I noticed how I wasn’t noticing my cellulite (does that make sense?!). The last couple of weeks I have gotten back on applying it daily because #swimsuit season.

Two other products that are pricey but worth it are the UFO Acne Oil and the Retinol. I get the worst hormonal acne.. like cysts.. its so painful and bad and just ugh (and I pick at them because I obviously have not learned my lesson yet. I use the Acne Oil at nighttime prior to the Water Cream, and the retinol daily (only use this a few times a week in the beginning. It takes your skin some time getting used to it.) Both of these items have helped tremendously in my complexion and my acne scarring. I have way less breakouts and they are just overall amazing products. Also, the oil will last a very long time. I think mines lasts like 6 months?

Let me also say… I know, some of this stuff is expensive. I just now started splurging on skincare but one thing I have learned is your makeup will only look as good as your skin does. I am trying to use a lot of organic products, and I use a lot of drugstore makeup so I am not splurging 100% on both ends. Skincare is so important and I don;t know about you, but I want to hold on to my youthfulness for as long as possible! If you guys have tried any of these products let me know what you think!

xoxo, Brooke Anne
