I just wanted to say Happy Halloween to my friends and followers! Derek and I are just laying low tonight but we celebrated last weekend at a house party with some of our friends. We went as vampires (as you can tell). We decided last minute to attend and I am SO GLAD that we did! We had too much fun!
Dress: Old from Impressions Boutique, Similar here || Boots: Steve Madden (Under $100!)
Eyeshadow: Morphe 35O ($23 and personally I think its the best pallet!) Lipstick: Makeup Forever in Shade C404-Satin.
Dereks entire outfit it from Bonobos, and shoes from Cole Haan.
Our costumes were very low maintenance! We spent a total of $45 on both of our capes, fangs, fake blood, and white powder. Then we just wore clothes we already had. Easy as pie and very affordable!
For our makeup, I bought some “Dead White Face Powder” from the Halloween store, and used it as my powder on top of my foundation and just the powder on Derek. Our our eyes, I used the Morphe 35-O pallet! I used the dark browns on Derek and the shimery and matte reds on mine! Everyone commented on how awesome our look was, so shoutout to Morphe for that!! I also wore a Makeup Forever Artist Rouge lipstick. Unfortunately we did not win “scariest” costumes, but I like to think we came in a close second 😉
I hope you all have a safe and fun evening! I will be at home with my two favorite boys making fajitas and watching a “scary” movie (I say it in quotes because I am such a baby when it comes to scary movies so Derek probably wont think it is as scary as I do! Haha!
