Henry and Hannah are both golden retrievers. Henry was born July 2, 2016 and Hannah was born June 20, 2019!
Story with getting Henry: Derek wanted a puppy so bad, a duck dog to be specific. I was looking everywhere to find him a white lab. That is until I got on Craigslist and found a litter of Golden Retrievers, for such a steal. I told Derek I was then getting myself a dog,and he was not too thrilled. I went to pick my pup from the litter and I picked up Henry, but then kept picking up other puppy with my left arm while holding onto Henry for probably about 30 minutes. I couldn’t decide between Henry or his sister, who was a tad bit darker. The owner looked at me and said “Why don’ tyou get the one you’ve been holding for 30 minutes.” Soooo, thats how I got Henry.
Story with getting Hannah: I had been wanting another dog for years! Derek had always told me that once we bought a house we could get one. Well 2019 was that year! We bought and moved into a house, and two weeks later we welcomed Hannah into the family. She was actually the runs and weight 3.8 pounds when we brought her home. She is now above average for her age in weight!
