Summersalt Swimsuit Review: Are They Worth It?
In early summer, I got on the Summersalt train. I was VERY skeptical because of the price. Paying $95 for a swimsuit sounds crazy to me. However, I have spent hundreds on swimsuits that I did not feel comfortable in. All I wanted was a one-piece that was not super cheeky, cut-out, or low-cut, which I feel like is 90% of swimsuits. If you find one that checks those boxes, they usually do not stay in place or are paper thin. One-piece swimsuits these days are not your typical one-piece, so I was ready to take the plunge. Needless to say, I now have three, and they are all I wear.
The Fit
If you have any sort of long torso, I recommend getting the long torso version. I was usually a 10, but I am down to a size 8. The fit of that makes me want to try an eight long, but the eight fits pretty well.
These swimsuits do just what I was hoping they would. They suck you in, do not ride up, don’t let you fall out, and you will feel so confident in them. I did get one once (not available anymore!), and it was a little more cheeky than I liked, so I did return, but if you do not mind the cheekiness, it is an excellent pick [and cute!]. Def check the pictures, and if it looks a little cheeky, it probably is!
If you are looking for a more modest swimsuit that you will feel confident in, I promise you Summersalt is worth it. They are incredible quality so they should last years. I have had mine all summer and worn them multiple times, and they have not faded at all. Overall they are a 10/10!
